Step 1  Client Onboarding Process:  Select  Support Group  and Register for Services via Client page .  You Need valid email address , valid Credit card or Paypal .All service agreements are  signed digitally . 

 

There is  one time  brief consultation with Service Administrator to Review the  Technology and Customized your requirement at no cost.

Step 2  Going Live : There is one  time setup fees  and small amount of deposit hold on  card in order to  place  service calls depending on technology and service SLA requested .   

Step 3  .  you are Covered , no more storage issues . Our  SME are known to resolve the  most complex  storage issues online in an hr . keeping your cost Low . All of the Clients need to keep +ve balance before service is rendered .

                          SM  Long-term Mentors  Services 

Step 1. Onboard process same as On call services  except that  you  may have  SME assigned to you depending on technology . 

Step 2:  you may have flat  monthly fees billed month in adavance with no limit on numbers of calls or time spent online.
